1. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and will begin processing it.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom):
    • Standard Shipping: £4.99 (3-5 business days)
    • Express Shipping: £9.99 (1-2 business days)
  • International Shipping:
    • Europe: £12.99 (5-7 business days)
    • North America: £19.99 (7-10 business days)
    • Rest of the World: £24.99 (10-15 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time. Our primary carriers include Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for both domestic and international deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders addressed to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, Huusk Knives Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged items (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at [email protected]. After 24 hours, we may not be able to accommodate changes as the order may have already been processed.
